The Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine is enclosed in an elegantly designed cabinet covered with SS Sheet. It is provided with two syringes fitted on either side of the cabinet. The syringes are designed with non-return valve to dispense accurate quantity liquids [accuracy ± 1 %]. The Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine is driven by ISI marked motor with suitable reduction gear box, push button starter and 3 step pulleys to provide three different speeds 10, 15 & 18 strokes/head/ minute, i.E., 1000 to 2000 bottles/ hour. The Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine is also suitable for heavy liquids and hot liquids [Upto 800C]. Models available are VLF 260, VLF 540 & VLF 1000.
