The Rotary Bottle Drying Machine is designed as per GMP standard to dry containers of glass. It is based on `Geneva Mechanism` [Indexing Plate]. The unit will be provided with 64 Cups [Holders]. The Rotary Bottle Drying Machine is provided with dynamically balanced blower for the suction of air, which passes on the heater bank to get the required temperature & to achieve satisfactory drying. Drying jets are provided for internal & external drying. Control panel will be provided with heater bank control, ON/OFF switch, blower control push button switch & main drive control with overload relay provided inside the panel. Digital temperature controller along with RTD will also be provided for controlling the temperature of the air from the heater bank.
