The dome is made of hard weather-resistant plastic, and the unit can be used outdoors as it is designed to meet IP54 requirements. Dielectric strength of the LED Warning Light with Base Diameter 182mm is 2KV for 1 minute; insulation resistance 50 meg ohms at 500V DC. These are suitable for warning lights at railway crossings, moving cranes, alarm indications, etc.
