The spray dried powder collected under cyclone as a single point discharge system or as two-point discharge system under drying chamber and cyclone. Ease of cleaning with cleaning door provided on drying chamber and quick opening nuts and bolts on ducting. Gmp standards are observed in manufacturing like voiding crevasses, smooth finish, use of food grade silicon gasket, etc.
Both supply and exhaust blower are provided so drying amber is maintained under slight vacuum. Plant design is as per customers` requirements with product trials conducted/data available.
