Automatic Cutting Machine of 1700 mm Length can handle wafer boos up to 230X290mm and it even handle to cut larger format of 270X370mm and 290X460mm. The cutter frames and the pushers are easily exchangeable to produce other sizes. Cutting can be individually controlled or the cutter can operate automatically, starting one complete cutting cycle after finishing the previous one.
