Product Profile of Ceramic Fiber Papers
Bharathi Refractory Technologies is manufacturing Ceramic Fiber Papers. The Ceramic Fiber Papers are catering the needs of varied industry segments owing to their outstanding thermal and physical properties. These are manufactured from alumina-silica fibers in a vacuum forming process with a latex binder system. In the production process, highly pure and washed fibers which have been cleansed of most unfiberized particles are use to form a uniform, flexible and lightweight paper.
Bharathi Refractory Technologies supplies Element Supports, Insulation Bricks, Castables and Mortar, Acid Proof Mortars, Precast Prefired Shapes, Fire Clay and Ceramic Fiber Papers.
Applications of Ceramic Fiber Papers are:
- Industrial furnaces, steel ladles, casting barrels and submerged nozzles
- Electric and thermal insulation for electric furnaces
- Sealing for furnace doors and expansion joints
