This is used in combination with docetaxel for the treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer after failure of prior antracycline containing chemotherapy & monotherapy in patients refractory to both paclitaxel & anthracycline-based chemotherapy or when anthracycline-containning chemotherapy. Metastatic colorectal cancer – 1st line Metastatic colorectal cancer & /or Stage III colon cancer as adjuvant therapy when Fluropyrimidine therapy alone is preferred.
