Key Features of Mechanical Portable Platform Scale
- Capacities 300, 500 and 1,000 kg
- Platform: The Platform is made of cast iron and is bolted with a solid drawn steel back rail
- Indicator: The steel yard is graduated up to the full capacity for easy reading. The index plate is fitted at an inclined position on which the smooth and effortless running poise makes weighing quick and simple. The notch protection bar minimizes the wear of the steelyard notches when the scale is not in use. A tumbler locking device holds the steelyard assembly rigidly in place.
- Lever System: To provide universal motion and to avoid undue wear of the interchangeable hardened steel knife edges and bearings, the platform is mounted on ball bearings enclosed in grease retainers. The steel knife edges and bearings are easily replaceable as and when required.
- The scale is mounted on four wheels which are enclosed within the cast iron frame.
- The platform is available in several sizes depending upon the capacity of the scale.
