Kimberlite coatings & chemicals has manufactured tacelene chem 7001 evaporators with special formulation for making it more effective in application in sugar industry. Tacelene chem 7001 is an organic scale inhibitor for retardation of scale formation on the heat transfer surfaces of the evaporator. These special evaporators have the advantage of keeping calcium in solution even when impurities like oxalates, carbonates, phosphates and sulphates are present and can function by threshold treatment delaying precipitation of alkaline hardness.
