Werner finley offers a range of industrial cooling systems. Most modern machine tools are provided with hydraulic power packs. The operating efficiency and accuracy expected from these machines are possible only when the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the power pack is kept under control. Normally 35ºc to 40ºc oil temperature is to be maintained for continuous smooth operation of any machine tool. The specially designed refrigeration type oil coolers help in the maintenance of required temperature in oil sumps. These coolers are constructed with highly reliable compressors, condensers, evaporator coils and temperature controllers. These oil coolers are available in three types: self- contained pumping system, shell and tube type and immersion type. Applications: for hydraulic power packs connected to cnc machines, spms, plastic-moulding machines, die casting machines, hydraulic presses, spindle head cooling and component quenching.
