Aarding is a business organization, which produces wide range of products.
The tunnel shuttering of aarding recognizes itself by the unique built-in knee-strut system. Without the use of hydraulic auxiliary equipment [and consequently also without the necessity of extra energy facilities] the struts of the shuttering can `bend their knees`.
This unique system considerably simplifies the work and substantially steps up construction speed. The absence of horizontal spacers/shores, a tunnel shuttering of aarding allows a completely unobstructed passage, with all innate advantages.
The repositioning of the tunnel shuttering can also be done without extra auxiliary equipment. The lower part of the knee-struts and the deck panel are connected with each other by means of a steel rope. As soon as the crane starts lifting the shuttering, the struts and the deck automatically return to their `up`-position, which subsequently will be secured by means of the wedges and safety pins.
