The high precision and accurate pockets ensure low face run out. This results in superior surface finish as compared to the adjustable type cutter in this category. This cutter features a unique combination of face mounted inserts which helps in reducing vibration and power consumption to a large extent. Also, this unique combination enables a higher density of inserts compared to competing products, which gives a high table feed rate capability, of up to 10 mm/rev. The insert is with eight cutting edges for economical milling. The all wiper design ensures that a surface finish of below 0.8 ra and a flatness of below 50 m is easily and consistently achievable.
