The Surface Fusion Alloy with Chromium Carbide Weld Metal, also known as Micro Heat 530, is used for hard surfacing of sand pump casing, pump impellers, cane knives, dozer blades, end discs of banbury rotors, dredger cutters, screw conveyors, guides and slides. The Surface Fusion Alloy with Chromium Carbide Weld Metal has excellent abrasion resistance under small impact loads. This Alloy has hardness ranging from 650 -700 HV.
