The Electrode for Depositing Tough and Ductile Weld Metal, also known as Micro Alloy 890, is used for joining fully austenetic manganese steel, manganese steel to carbon and low alloy steels, Mild Steel to Stainless Steel and joining dissimilar steels. The Electrode for Depositing Tough and Ductile Weld Metal is also used for surfacing carbon steels, low alloy steels and Stainless Steel to enrich resistance to corrosion and impact. The Electrode for Depositing Tough and Ductile Weld Metal has resistance to impact, corrosion erosion and scalding at elevated temperatures up to 1000 Degree C. This Electrode has hardness ranging from 260-290 BHN.
