Machine with Multiple-Tool Head or the Nestor Cutting systems represent the ideal solution for prototyping, production, ready-to-wear fashion. This Machine with Multiple-Tool Head features modularity and ensures high productivity and accuracy, reliability and automatic nesting on skins. It also includes the projection system, cutting head multi-tools, the vacuum system and simple and powerful software. Nestor grants bright and perfect visibility of the projection on all the materials. The use of two projectors on all Nestor ZLC and ELC makes it possible to exploit the central area of the table for cutting, thus reducing the cutting times. The multiple-tool head includes a knife, a pen and punches [2 on the ZLC and ELC, 3 on the ALC]. All tools are interchangeable in a few seconds that is tangential knife or oscillating knife, punches of different sizes and pens in various colours. Also available is a pneumatic knife for improved cutting of sponge materials [up to mm 25] or hard materials such as leather soles or resin soles.
