Sanpar microfilters, a company that propagated the concept of energy conservation in compressed air treatment, manufactures compressed air driers. It has introduced explosion proof, heatless driers which follows the current product range of refrigerated air driers, desiccant type adsorption driers and coalescent filters to remove oil and dust particles using the state-of-the-art borosilicate fibreglass filter media, after coolers, air receivers, moisture separators and automatic drains. These explosion proof heatless driers work in hazardous environments like zone-i and ii, group ii a and ii b hazardous zones. The driers are fitted as standard pre filter and after filter to remove oil and dust particles and deliver dry, compressed air with dew points [-] 40 deg c and [-] 70 deg c as per the customers need. The driers come with continuous dew point measuring indicator and contain twin adsorption tower, control box, valves and fittings. They are supplied with skid for ready to use condition.
