This gauge consists of a float with an extended arm, which moves in a span of 90 degree in a vertical plane from bottom to top corresponding to tank empty and full condition. The change in liquid level is picked up by the float and transmitted to the pointer moving on calibrated dial through gear mechanism and set of magnets.
