PBL Helibevel Geared Motors and Reducers are compact and highly efficient units, which are comparable with helical gear units. First stage reduction is by helical gear, a secondary spiral bevel gear set and third stage by helical gear. This type of gear combination results in very low noise level. The Helibevel Gear units are available in foot-mounted construction with single or double output shaft. Helibevel gear units are also available in shaft mounted design with hollow output shaft. All gears are case handened and the tooth profiles are ground for helical gear sets and lapped for bevel set. The PBL Helibevel Geared Motors and Reducers are also available in flange mount construction.
