The raw materials used in this wheels are Aluminum Oxide [brown, pink, white and SA] and Silicon Carbide [black and green]. The vitrified bonds are developed for each operation of grinding and manufacture wheels up to 500 mm in diameter for center less grinding, surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. It also bears special cool cutting bonds which are used for work pieces like drills, milling cutters, saws, gears, thread grinding, etc where cutting quality and low heat generation are important.
