Lake Patent Blue Food Colour is available in three types of pure dye ranges that includes low dye, mid dye and high dye. It contains maximum 18.00 % moisture and 0.50 % HCL Insoluble Matter. The synthetic food colour is a free –flowing blendable powder, free from lumps or visible impurities. The food colour is Kosher & Halal certified. It contains 0.20 % Ether Extracts and Free Dye Content.
