Rt pumps manufactured by delta corporation are of energy saver series especially designed for small volume transfer to cater to the needs of small, medium and large industries. The pumps are very simple in construction using only two moving parts with single shaft supported at both ends. The pumps have built-in relief valve for protection against excessive pressure. Twin oil seals with a pressure relieved seal zone achieve shaft sealing. Casing-cover sealing is by static o ring. Trochoidal gear within gear is noiseless, vibration and pulsation free and highly energy efficient saving almost 30 to 40% on power compared to conventional external gear pumps. Tr pumps are available in 9 sizes to cover flow rates from 3 to 200 lpm, pressures up to 7 bar. These pumps are most suited for handling fuel oils like hsd/ldo/hfo/lshs and all grades of lubricating oils, transformer oils and similar viscous products.
