Tushaco offers monobloc concept for rotary pumps of the popular rt-energy saver series. It is compact, space saving, and eliminates the need for base frames and coupling. Mounted directly on the standard motor, the pump manufactures extra rigid construction, does away totally with the alignment problems, thus adding to more reliable service, and additional saving on power. Practically no maintenance is required due to fewer moving parts. Pump has built-in relief valve and mechanical seal as standard feature for tection and leak-proof operation. The installation is simple-no need for any foundation and can be installed horizontally or vertically. Trochoidal internal gearing enures smooth running, noiseless operation with steady, pulsation-free flow. These pumps are ideally suited for lubricating service, fuel booster and transfer circulation duties, filing, unloading application; lubrication of diesel engines, gearboxes, rotary machinery and equipment, fuel booster for captive diesel plants and, low pressure burner service. Flow rates range from 10 to 200 lpm, and pressures up to 7 bar.
