Kuwer Industries Limited is the manufacturer and supplier of an array of holographic products. Holographic Films produced by Kuwer Industries are of four types. They are Holographic Polyester Film, Holographic BOPP Film - Plain, Holographic BOPP Film- Heat Sealable and Holographic Paper.
The Polyester Film is of 12 Microns thickness and is used as Flexible Laminates and Labels. The Polyester Film of thickness 23/36 Microns are applicable for Decorative Applications. The Plain Holographic BOPP Film of thickness 18/20 Microns is used to wrap gifts. Heat Sealable Holographic BOPP Film of thickness 18/20 Microns are used as Flexible Laminates. Lastly the Holographic Paper of thickness 70/90GSM are used to wrap gifts, Labels and Packaging.
The Holographic films made by Kuwer Industries Limited are very thin, flexible plastic film, which have been micro-embossed with a holographic image or pattern. The embossing process creates a pattern or an image which can provide a 3-D effect and spectral coloring. The embossing process is like cutting tiny grooves into the surface of the film at various angles and in different shapes. The micro-grooves cause the diffraction of regular white light into spectral coloring.
The Holograph film can be laminated to different types of materials for various packaging applications. They can be laminated to sealable films to make form, fill and seal roll stock packaging or pre-made flexible bags. The Holograph film can also be laminated to paper or card stock to make consumer packaging and specialty gift boxes and bags. They can be extrusion coated with sealable polyethylene and can also be coated with special adhesives.
