Satyen Polymers offers General Purpose Marble Resin. Satyen Polymers manufactures and supplies Unsaturated Polyester Resin [UPR]. The General Purpose Marble Resin - Ortho Marble Lamination Type is rigid, medium reactivity, Orthophthalic resin designed for special, moulding work and hand lay up operation. The resin is formulated to resist water. The general purpose polyester resin performs best if the laminate is completely post cured. The quantity of catalyst and accelerator can be adjusted to get a shorter or longer gel time. The Accelerator must be completely mixed before catalyst is added in order to avoid a direct blending which may cause an explosion.
