The Metal Covered Laminates are manufactured with electro plated metallized Aluminium Foil of 0.1mm thickness bonded with Phenolic Saturated Kraft pressed together under high pressure and temperature. Wear Resistance of Metal Covered Laminates is lower compared to standard Laminates and is recommended only for vertical application. These Metal Covered Laminates are also sensitive to Chemicals, Cigarette burns and good conductive to heat and electricity. Hence should be avoided for all such applications.
