Ajaco power operated hydraulic presses are provided with motorized pump units and a hand operated control valve. The pumps have pressure adjusting valve for adjustment of high pressure. The cylinders are made of special steel that secure absolute pressure tightness. The seals are made of special material and guarantee long life. Piston rods and piston heads are carefully ground and hard chrome plated to obtain closest accuracy in guiding. The press beds are duly planned off. The power operated hydraulic presses are available in several models with capacity ranging from 5 tons to 250 tons.
