The tig / mig 804 is a sea-water-resistant aluminium alloy that can be anodized. Its main features are:

• The deposit has high strength and can be anodised.

• Resistance to corrosion and sea-water.

• Chemically composed of si, fe, cu, mn, mg, cr, zn, ti, al & others

• It has a uts of 35 kgf/mm, elongation [l=5d] of 25% & melting point of 630deg.C


Used for the welding of rolled and cast aluminium-magnesium alloys, like almg5, almg3si, almgmn, alznmg, g-almg3, g-almg5. Containers, automotive industry, shipbuilding, window and door frames etc.
