- Hardness as-welded : 25 rc & work hardened : 36 rc. After hardening [900 c/2h air] : 37 rc
- Shielding gas is welding grade argon
- Rustproof, high corrosion resistance in reducing and most specially in oxidizing

Used in building-up worn or new tools for hot working. For die-plates, forge dies, hot shear blades, hot stripping rolls, mandrel punches for hot working and for welding claddings of similar material.
