The tig 210 ss is a silicon bronze brazing filler metal with the following unique properties:

• Chemical composition is of cu, sn, si, ni, zn

• It has a working temperature of 900deg.C & melting point of 890deg.C

• Uts of 42 kgf/mm & elongation of 30% [approx.]

• Specific gravity is 8.3 g / cm

• Source of heat : oxy-acetylene torch and gas-air torch

• Filler metal with correct amount of flux necessary for brazing.

• The combination of brazing rod and flux results in bonding with the parent metal.

• Especially high fluidity; sensitive to overheating.
