The o-7015 is a low hydrogen flux cored wire for mig / mag welding [using argon/co2 gas or mixture thereof]. It has the following important features:

• It is used for joining and rebuilding of low and medium carbon steels, low alloy high strength steel.

• The deposit is easily machinable.

• O-7015 h is specially developed for joining armour plates and difficult to weld steels.

• Major alloying elements are cr, ni, mn

• The o-7015 has a uts of 81000-85000psi & elongation of 24-30 %

• Hardness is 17 - 20 rc
