Industrial Purpose Leveller Roller is used in the CTL/ blanking lines, in heavy as well as light levellers and the thickness of the coil handled varies from 0.2 mm to 16 mm and the width varies from 0.5 m to 3 m, the linear speed of the coil is up to 200 MPM. The Roller is mission critical and the barrel diameter of the rollers has to be controlled within very fine tolerances for effective functioning of the equipment and besides this, these rollers are subject to two types of tilting forces. The Roller is made using quality grade alloy steel that ensures long working life and has good hardness and strength. The Industrial Purpose Leveller Roller comes with anti-rust chemical coating and comes wrapped with plastic paper/ sleeve.
