Horizontal tube honing machines from arihant industrial corporation are ideal for honing of long hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. These honing machines are fully automatic plc/cnc controlled with current feedback to sense the undersized area and to automatically correct the geometry. Different feed rates can be programmed depending on the pre-condition of the tube. The machines automatically then select the feed rate. Special features include: plc/cnc controls ensure accurate size control within h7 tolerance and geometrical accuracies within 0.02 mm/meter; and surface roughness of 0.1 u ra or better can be achieved with the machine. |
