Ranflex india pvt. Ltd.Supplies flexible bellow couplings, specially designed to balance axial, angular and lateral displacement in any precise mechanical system. These bellow couplings with zero backlashes are devised for very high- precision, servo or position drives. They can also be applied for transmitting high torque. At present these are manufactured in ss 304 grade with end connections in aluminium alloy. Unique features of these couplings are zero backlash, zero cycle speed variation during 360° rotation, low elastic wind up, low side thrust on bearing, low moment of inertia, less mass of couplings and the ability to withstand high temperature up to 450°c. Due to the low moment of inertia, mass, very high resolutions are achievable without balancing. The flexible bellow couplings have no wearing parts and are maintenance free. Two series of flexible bellow couplings are available with distinct features: rfg series -it is designed for grub-screw fixing directly on to the shaft thus transferring the rotation without slip; and rfr series -it comes with a radially actuated single screw clamping hub. Tightening of one screw per hub will assure positive transmission of the rated torque without slip.
