| Toshi automatic systems supplies str high-speed roll-up turbo door from efaflex, germany, to create a new horizon in door construction. The company has manufactured this str high-speed roll-up turbo door with over 3.6 m/sec opening speeds and made str as the fastest door system of its type worldwide. The company claims to be the first one to combine spiral formed door panel accommodation with flexible and differing coloured door panels. Individual curtain components are accommodated in the patented spiral that is held away from each other to guarantee a contactless and wear free travel. Some of the salient features of these str high-speed roll-up turbo door include fully transparent sight sections for years; door panel made of individual, rapid and simply replaced segment modules; excellent wind stability, secure sealing and smooth travel provide exceptional availability; active crash system [acs] with automatic return as an option for crashes without serious consequences; lower door panel module can be displaced up to approx.900 mm [each side] nominal height on collision; integrated sensors initiate automatic movement into open position; door panel runs through return guides fitted on both sides; electronically monitored reuniting of module; acs carries out "self repair" within few seconds; flexible door panel guided at the side and moves in a positive manner; longitudinal extension is excluded; consists of easy to exchange, 4 section modular segments; aluminium profiles support door panel with 225 mm spacing; provide first class sealing under all climatic conditions; and over 120 km/h [class 3 to en 12424] high wind resistance guaranteed. The company provides blue, red, yellow and grey curtain colours combined with 900 mm high sight segments in w = 7000 mm x h = 6000 mm standard construction.
