• Add to Inquiry Basket | Microedge electronics manufactures micro-controllers based weight interface unit in two models of basic and basic plus. The basic model of weight interface unit comes with two led indications, a buzzer and a push button connected to weigh scale indicator for reading the weight data. The company also provided a communication converter to connect a maximum of 12 weight interface units to a personal computer. Whenever any material is weighed, the operator has to press the push button to register the weight. The weight interface unit collects the weight data and transmits it to the pc thereby generating a beep sound to indicate that the data has reached the pc. The basic model of the weight interface unit is useful for recording date, time, weight and scale location for every weighment and provides reports based on the data. The basic plus model weight interface units are available with a led display for displaying the set point for every weighment and a keypad with four keys to enter the set point. Separate visual indication is provided for every weighment depending on the set point such as orange led glows till the weight is less than the set weight; green led glows if the weight is equal to the set weight and the red led glows if the weight is more than required weight. The weight is registered and stored in the pc only when the weight is equal to the required weight thereby ensuring that the right material quantity is weighed and the quantity weighed is recorded in pc along with date and time. The company can also provide a numeric keypad as an option for this weigh interface unit. |
