It uses a variety of chemical processes to produce materials that go into the manufacture of products consumed by other industries like electrical, building & construction, lamination, pharmaceuticals, furniture, artifacts, consumer durables such as kitchen and tableware, machine building etc. Nuchem is an iso 9001:2000 certified company. Prescol is a condensation product of urea and formaldehyde and issued as a bonding agent for any two surfaces which are porous, semiporous or fibrous. Prescol provides the following benefits:
1. prescol gives a bonding resistance to water, damp, corrosion, mould growth and decay.
2. bonding has the strength to resist any external pressure upto a certain limit.
3. prescol is supplied as dry resin powder which generally requires to be reconstituted with water before use.
4. it can also be supplied in aqueous form with 50% solids.
5. in dry powder form the usage can be controlled and thus made cost effective
.
6. easier to handle and transport.
7. consistently good quality.
8. higher shelf life.
9. better yield.
Used for various grades of plywood like mdf boards, block boards, chip boards, wall boards, hard boards etc. Tea chest, cork fell, pencils, brushes, sewing machine covers, table tops, sports goods etc.
