| Lakshmi precision screwssupplies a wide range of socket head cap screws. These screws offer extra strength and fatigue resistance, which is needed for total reliability in high strength fastening. The screws have cold forged heads that are very strong because of uniform grain flow of the material. Threads are rolled and kept uniform with closer tolerances, smoother surfaces and better size control. The screws are manufactured from high grade alloy steel and heat treated in atmosphere controlled furnaces using imported precision instruments such as oxy-probe and dew point checker, which eliminates surface carburisation and decarburisation. Optimum wrench engagement is attained with controlled socket depth with ample metal in the crucial fillet area. Fillet radius distributes stresses uniformly that doubles the fatigue life. Controlled root radius of threads, ensured by imported special thread rolling dies, doubles the fatigue life of thread. The company is iso 9002 certified.
