• Add to Inquiry Basket | Pix transmissions limited manufactures wide range of power transmission pix banded belts in both cut edge and wrap construction. These banded belts are available in varied range of classical, wedge and narrow v-section belts with strong tie band over them. The band over the belts gives extra lateral rigidity thereby eliminating belts whipping problem over the pulley. The banded bands not only help in even distribution of load among the belts but also prevent twisting of belts in the pulley. The maximum 5 belts are recommended under one band. These banded belts include ha, hb, hc, hd, hspz, hspa, hspb, hspc, h3v, h5v and h8v sections. These banded belts are manufactured in accordance to the standards of iso 5290, iso 5291 and bs 3790. These banded belts are suitable for application in fields of severe vibrations, extreme shock loads and pulsating loads. The banded belts are useful for applications in crushers, conveyor systems, generator sets, v-flat drives, compressors, vacuum pumps, agitators, vertical shaft drives besides general agricultural and industrial application. These banded belts are available with salient features and advantages like high stability eliminating belts turning over possibility in pulleys; greater power transmission in less space; high efficiency due to reduced slippage; ideal for pulsating loads; low vibration for smooth running on the toughest drives; stringent length tolerance; wrapped or moulded raw edge cogged construction; optional kevlar cord belts; and manufactured to iso-9001: 2000 and iso/ts 16949:2002 standard.
