| Masyc manufactures state-of-the-art conveying technology from detlef hegemann, germany. Flexible spiral and screw conveying systems are designed to transport free flowing bulk materials as well as those with difficult flow characteristics. A flexible rounded spiral or flat screw, set within an elastic hose, rotates over an electric drive. Materials can be both horizontally and vertically transported over long distances up to 40 metres with an output up to 4 m3/hour. Unlike open conveyor belts and bucket conveyors, flexible conveyors are completely sealed. The product does not come in contact with any outside substances, thus avoids dust and contamination. Due to flexibility, the system can be integrated into existing installations, for filling and emptying hoppers, containers, silos, drums, feeding extruders, mills, weighing, dosing, mixing and filling plants; loading and unloading vehicles, containers of aluminium powder, aspirin powder, cement, coffee, milk powder, rice, salt, bakelite, plastic powders and granules, fillers and all kinds of dry and free-flowing powders and granulated materials used in industries like chemical, pharmaceutical, food, confectionery, plastic and rubber.
