| Shanbhag and associates offers peristaltic pumps. The operating principle of a boyser peristaltic pump is attractive because of its advantages. A tubular element with accurate dimensions, mode in different types of elastomer or thermoplastic, is housed into the pump body. When this tubular element is compressed by the rotary action of the rotor and its corresponding rollers or shoes, it recovers its initial shape creating o vacuum, suctioning the liquid into itself. The liquid gets into the cavity fanned by the rollers that press the tube, and is gently pushed to the outlet by the following roller. Therefore, the pump is o positive displacement volumetric pump with exceptional features. It finds application in water and sewage treatment; food and beverages; chemicals industry; accurate dosing with very small flow of valuable, difficult and sensitive fluids in research, pilot and production processes; sludge, lime slurry, mortar, filter press feed, cloy slurry, carbonates, slurries, kaolin, ceramics, etc; points, glues, inks, latex, pigments, oils, detergents, acids, alkalies, peroxides, etc.
