the din 28136 standard reactors are available from 63 litres to 50000 litres and operate up to 6 bar g pressure and full vacuum both in inner body and jacket at 200º c and minus 28.8º c. All the reactors will be supplied plug free.
three types are available in din series: ae, be and ce.
ce series reactors are a multipurpose range of reactors in one-piece construction, which eliminates the large main joint of the two-piece ae design.
ce series reactors are suitable for severe vapor phase conditions and can be fitted with single/double mechanical seals as optional accessories.
the recommended operating pressure ranges from full vacuum to 6.0 bar g.
variable speeds, baffel and thermowell with tantalum tip are some of the options available.
standard sizes are available from 1600 litres to 50000 litres. Other sizes and higher pressures are available on request.
