| Polyhose india offers high and low pressure industrial and hydraulic hoses. These hoses are cost effective, lightweight and have high performance reliability. These come in both conductive and non-conductive types in international colour codes and long lengths. The company is the first who manufactures thermoplastic hoses in india, with technical knowledge from polyhose, uk. These hoses find application in general hydraulics, pressure wash, gas transfer, chemical transfer, machine tools, lubrication systems, lift tractors, oil field equipment, off shore applications, air-less paint spray, sewer cleaning equipment, etc. Engineering thermoplastics used in manufacture of the above hoses consist of polyurethane, grilon, polyester, hytrel, kevlar and ptfe. The hoses are braided with high tensile brass coated steel wire or high tensile polyester filament yarn, depending on the operating performance. Pressure rating is ranging from 1, 000 to 10,0000 psi working pressure. The hoses are designed as per sae standards. The low-pressure hoses are fabricated from a patented elastomer. This combines the durability of thermoplastic with the economy of rubber hoses.
