Britacel are manufacturers of specialty silicones which cater to the needs of textile finishing, silicone emulsions, defoamers for hot spinning and jet dyeing, body fillers, water repellents, printing products and reactive dyes. It is an organo modified silicone glycol. Imparts good surface handle with softness, shine and sweat absorbent. They have the following unique features:
Ultrasil ma imparts softness without affecting the colour fastness or hydrophillicity of treated goods.
It improves the sewability of knitted goods.
It imparts good body and silky feel to all kinds of knitted goods.
Ultrasil ma is suitable for the hydrophilic softening of textiles or non wovens made of cellulosic fibers, synthetic fibers [polyester, polypropylene, polyamide, acrylics], wool and their blends.
It offers the following benefits:
Ultrasil ma is cold dispersible, liquid and solvent free product.
Due to its special structure, it combines softening, non yellowing, very good surface softness and hydrophilic properties in one molecule.
It is compatible with non ionic, catatonics, and amphoteric chemicals.
