Hydrosil 98 provides additional hydrophillicity to fibres.
It offers antistatic property.
Due to durable antistatic and hydrophilicity it allows polyester fabric to absorb dyes faster and to optimum level in short span of dye cycle.
Disperse dye consumption can be reduced upto 5 to 10%
Medium dry softness achieved whilst dyeing
Hydrosil 98 is fully exhaustible
No silicone spotting
Fabric needs only drying
Oligomer removal of polyester fabric and hosiery
Stable in soft flow and jet dyeing
Used in dyeing 0.5% on weight of fabric for added lubricity and crease recovery property. In dyeing if 2 to 3% on weight of fabric is used it offers durable soil release property along with softness.
