Britacel are manufacturers of specialty silicones. Fc gard adv is a fluorosilicone resin emulsion; it imparts water and oil repellency to nearly all types of fabrics. Fc gard adv imparts water and oil repellency to 100% cotton, 100% pet and their blends with cotton, wool or nylon etc. The following are its salient features:
Gives oil and water repellency on 100% cotton at low dosages.
Imparts a soft feel to the fabric.
Durability to washing and dry cleaning.
Compatible with most ingredients in the finishing bath.
Imparts stain repellency to suiting, shirting etc.
