Britacel are manufacturers of specialty silicones. Excilk plus is a cold water dispersible silicone cationic softener. It imparts a soft and silky feel on all kinds of fibres and fabrics. Its salient features are:
Excilk plus forms a stable dispersion when diluted with equal quantities of water.
Excilk plus is substantive to both natural and synthetic fibres
Excilk plus is mainly used for dyed fabric variety.
White to off white flowable paste
Cationic silicones odour
Solubility in water @ 25 deg c
Ph of 10% solution[ using ph paper 1-14 ] is 3 to 6
Non volatile contents at 105 deg c is 3 hours
Excilk plus offers lubrication and antistatic properties along with softness to all kinds of fibres, garments and knitwear.
Excilk plus can be applied by padding or exhaustion techniques.
