Britacel are manufacturers of specialty silicones. Catalyst exl is a silicone based addition promoter specially suitable for use with methoxy cum ethoxy terminated antibacterial finishing products for polywool, all wool, polyester viscose blends and 100% cotton. The following are its unique properties:
Catalyst exl functions as a strong bounding agent
Clear to clear bluish liquid appearance
Catalyst exl is miscible with water and is compatible with most finishing agents.
Flowable liquid & soluble in water at 25 deg c
Specific gravity at 25 deg c is between 0.99 to 1.05
Ph of the product lies between 6 to 8
Catalyst exl is used with antibacterial finishing products for polywool, all wool, polyester viscose blends and 100% cotton.
Catalyst exl can be used with padding method and exhaust method.
