Britacel are manufacturers of specialty silicones which cater to the needs of textile finishing, silicone emulsions, defoamers for hot spinning and jet dyeing, body fillers, water repellents, printing products and reactive dyes. Silosive is a dispersion of nonionic silicone polyether copolymer. It exhibits the following unique features:
Silosive works as a lubricant and is also designed as a flexible adhesive with water repellency for pigment print,
Silosive gives soft and flexible pigment prints on various textiles without effecting colour value, fastness or change in the shade.
Pigment prints treated with silosive, exhibit soil release and stain resistance
Silosive is miscible with water or printing paste.
It does not interfere with fastness properties of prints.
Silosive treated pigment prints are flexible, soft and supple
Silosive can be added directly to the pigment paste.
