Inch maximum surface load; fibreglass or teflon insulated ss mixed wire terminals; 2] plastic proof nozzle band heaters - plastic proof; sheathing material high grade steel or brass; operating temperature brass 280°c, ss 350°c; maximum surface load brass 30 w/sq.Inch, ss sheath 45 w/sq.Inch; and metal braided fibreglass wire terminals; 3] mineral insulated nozzle band heater - plastic proof; sheathing material high grade steel; 600°c maximum operating temperature; 60 w/sq.Inch maximum surface load; and high grade mineral insulation; metal braided fibreglass wire terminals. The nozzle band heaters are useful for hot runner bushings; and nozzles of plastic processing machineries.
