The company supplies these modular belt conveyors manufactured from various pp, pe, acetal, engineering plastic constructions. Modular elements of belts, side guards, flights, buckets and sprockets form required configuration of the modular belt conveyors with 25-3000 mm or higher widths. The company can also supply other construction of belt surface like flash grid, flat top, perforated, non-skid, roller top, etc, for specific applications like handling wet, sticky, and fragile materials. The contact surfaces are available of fda, usda approved materials for food application as well as chemical resistant and extra heavy-duty belts for wide ranges of service temperatures. The modular belts are useful for manufacture, assembly, packaging, and distribution systems. The company supplies standard additional accessories like variable speed drives, product accumulation and automatic storing systems with the modular belt conveyors. The user is also provided with belt selection guidelines, design programs, autocad [dxf] files of components; as well as installation guides for quick selection and integration of system for required application. The company also supplies straight running or side flexing belts in various geometry, belt strengths, ez-clean sanitary design and ss split sprockets for easy cleaning and maintenance.
